This Hotel is a little further away from Marbella than our other offerings, however it makes a wonderful wedding venue and so we are delighted to be working with them. The Hotel Convento La Magdalena is a five-star luxury hotel situated in a privileged location in the heart of the Andalucian countryside on the outskirts of Antequera, Malaga, Spain. Surrounded by olive groves and water mills that make up the natural park of El Torcal, La Magdalena is part of the Antequera golf group that also owns the Hotel Antequera Golf and the 18-hole Antequera Golf Course. This small but comfortable five-star luxury hotel has El Convento de la Magdalena has 21 comfortable rooms in total: 13 large double rooms, 2 small double rooms, 5 Suites and 1 Royal Suite.

This luxury hotel has space enough to host weddings of several hundred people, making it ideal for larger weddings too.

We can arrange transport for remaining guests from local hotels to the venue.

This hotel has achieved the ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environment and has passed strict quality measures. The hotel has it's own Church, the old chapel of the convent, where civil ceremonies are usually held, this space can also be used for banquets or meetings for up to 320 guests.

This charming hotel has several large terraces, courtyards and garden areas in which to host your wedding, photos can never do it justice, a visit is most certainly required. If you fancy a venue that is a little more secluded, yet provides a 5 star service, this could be it! Music and dancing is totally allowed at this venue, so you can enjoy an exciting wedding band or Dj until the early hours!
